Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be in the same condition as when you received it— unworn and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

We recommend inspecting your order upon reception. If you find that an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. This allows us to evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Please note that if the defect is determined to be a false claim, we will not be able to offer a replacement or credit.

We do not offer replacements or returns for items that have been damaged due to wear and tear after the product has been worn. Damage from wear is not covered under our return or warranty policies.

Warranty on Tarnished Items

We offer a 3-month warranty on items that are tarnished due to manufacturing defects. If an item becomes tarnished within this period, we will gladly provide a replacement. This warranty is limited to tarnishing issues and does not cover damage caused by wear and tear as it is strictly due to improper care.

Sale Items and Gift Cards

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges & Credit Notes

We do not offer full refunds under any circumstances. The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the current item and, once your return is approved, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Approved returns will be issued as exchanges or credit notes for future purchases. Credit notes can be used for any future order on our website.

Refunds and Credit Notes

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your return has been approved. If approved, we will provide either an exchange or a credit note based on your preference. No full refunds are offered.
