Customs Fees/Duties:

When purchasing goods outside of Australia, your package may be subject to import/duty fees or tariffs. In the event that your international shipment attracts any of these charges, you as the customer will be required to cover them. Please note that we are not responsible for these charges. We recommend checking in with the customs office in your country for further information prior to placing an order.

Please note that if you refuse to pay the import/duties or tariffs on your package, it will be returned to sender and store credit will be issued for the value of your items purchased, minus the return shipping fee incurred by the shipping provider to return the parcel to us.

 

Lost in Transit Packages

Unfortunately, we are not held responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivered and confirmed delivered by tracking. Please kindly ensure your order is being sent to a secure location to avoid any disappointment. Please also take care when entering your address details at checkout.

We recommend using a PO Box or parcel locker for extra security to ensure the safe delivery of your package if you are doubtful of the security of your delivery location. This is especially recommended for unit/apartment buildings.

 

PRE-ORDERS:

Items listed as Pre-Order will be shipped between 8-15 business days. We recommend placing a separate order if you need other pieces urgently, as our system does not allow us to part ship orders. Please note that we are unable to cancel orders containing Pre-Order products.
